Ban Ki Moon, the Secretary General of the United Nations, has written a rousing article on climate change and its costs in the International Herald Tribune:

It’s worth a look, as he cites some examples of the apparent manifestations and impacts of climate change on developing countries. If and when I have time I might try and update this short post with some comments on the article’s content, which is much more respectable than the contents of the last article I commented on here.
